Guerrilla Cartography is a loose band of mapmakers, researchers, and designers intent on widely promoting the cartographic arts and facilitating an expansion of the art, methods, and thematic scope of cartography, through collaborative projects and disruptive publishing.

Our Atlases

Guerrilla Cartography has two atlas series. The large format “An Atlas” series that launched Guerrilla Cartography and the “Atlas in a Day” series. We allow free download of all our atlases and also sell them to support our mission to widely promote the cartographic arts and facilitate an expansion of the art, methods, and thematic scope of cartography, through collaborative projects, hosting theme-based community workshops and symposiums, and mounting public exhibitions.

Food: An Atlas

Food: An Atlas is in its second printing and web sales have resumed! After selling out of the initial 1,600 unit print run and in response to requests, we arranged for this second printing.

Water: An Atlas

Water: An Atlas is a collection of maps on the theme of water, collaboratively created by the Guerrilla Cartography community.

Atlas in a Day: Migration

Atlas in a Day: Migration is a collection of maps on the theme of migration, collaboratively created in one day by the Guerrilla Cartography community.

Atlas in a Day: Community

Atlas in a Day: Community is a collection of maps on the theme of community, collaboratively created in one day by the Guerrilla Cartography community.
